Custom Orders
Whether you're customizing one of our designs or bringing your unique idea, we've simplified the process for you. After gathering initial design details, we provide a clear quote. Once you approve, a 50% upfront payment kicks off the digital rendering phase, giving you a detailed preview of the ring. We offer up to five free design revisions, with additional changes at $50 each. Upon your final approval, we craft the ring, ensuring it matches the digital rendering. Our master crafters, equipped with cutting-edge technology, treat each ring with utmost care.
We ask for an upfront payment ranging from 50-75%, with the remaining balance due upon the completion of the ring and before shipment. Following the quote and collection of design details, we initiate your account and send a payment link via email.

WARRANTY
Our jewelry is meticulously crafted to meet the highest standards, and our warranty mirrors this commitment. Our comprehensive warranty covers services such as polishing, cleaning, (specifically for white gold rings), tightening loose diamonds or gems, and replacement of missing side stones (excluding damage, and the center stone is not included). Additionally, the warranty includes a free certified appraisal and a certificate of authenticity.
While we strongly advise determining the correct ring size before placing an order, we provide a complimentary sizing service if adjustments are required. However, resizing can exert stress on a ring, and in certain cases, especially with detailed designs or a significant size difference of more than a full size, remaking the ring might be necessary. If a remake is needed, we will work with you to get your piece remade.
While our warranty encompasses normal wear, it does not extend to cover damage, loss, or theft. Despite our rings being crafted to the highest standards, the delicate nature of fine jewelry means it can bend or break under sufficient force. In the event of damage, our master jewelers will strive to repair the ring, but there are instances where remaking might be necessary. In both scenarios, the customer is responsible for the associated costs.
Additionally, our warranty does not include coverage for the loss of a center stone. As a precaution, we strongly recommend insuring your ring.
